Meet: In front of Rio Grande restaurant

Join us for an at-your-own-pace walk around the lake at the Washingtonian Center/Rio, approximately one mile. Register as an individual, family or group. Following the walk, enjoy a post-event party in the Rio plaza with food, drinks, music, and games for the kids. Food and drinks have been generously donated by The Coca-Cola Company, Honest Tea, Panera, Starbucks Coffee Company, and Whole Foods Market.

Plus, every registered walker will receive a gift bag and T-shirt!

100% of our registration fee ($25 for adults; $15 for kids) will go to the Strides to Thrive/Henkin Activities Fund. Any donation - large or small - is appreciated.

If you aren't able to join us at the event, become a virtual walker. You can supoort the event with any donatin, each contribution adds up !
